Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you order from The Alice House Boutique!

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the ship date to return your item for store credit or an exchange (if the size is available).

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair.

Return Options:

• By Mail: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Local Drop-Off: You may request to drop off your return at our Pearl location. Drop-offs must be arranged in advance—please don’t leave packages in the pickup box without confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a store credit code to use toward your next purchase.

Please note: All sale items, accessories, and seasonal items are final sale — no exceptions.
